Compared with solid wood, the similarity between ecological wood and solid wood can be above 90%. And natural changing color and grain difference are more close to the natural texture of solid wood.
Common sense of ecological wood：The wood used in alu-wood composed profiles is LESCO ecological wood material. Because it pursues the effect of solid wood, the LESCO ecological wood profile contains a large number of natural wood powders. Due to natural wood powder itself exist natural color deviation, meanwhile the grain and texture of LESCO ecological wood material is formed during the process of extrusion at random without leather processing later, it can more reflect the natural sense of wood. So it is a normal phenomenon that the LESCO ecological wood material exist the same color deviation as solid wood.
After the completion of the alu-wood ecological doors and windows, it is recommended to be coated with water soluble antioxidant liquid. Not only in order to repair damaged film during the processing, but also it can fill the tiny splicing gap to improve the performance of sealing and prolong the secondary maintenance time.
Being the same as solid-wooden windows, Galuminium LESCO alu-wood ecological doors and windows also should be regularly maintained. But compared with solid-wooden windows (painting and polished is a necessary process of wood products), the technology is much more simple. It just need to use a soft cloth brushing with some water soluble antioxidant liquid, which immediately renews to the original bright surface.
